If you order steaks, roasts, burger, etc. --YES ... you get the deer you brought in.   If you order sausages -- NO -- we make large batches for our sausages.  Unfortunately it is impossible to keep each order separate.

You can cut them off before you bring the deer in or we provide a saw at the back of the shop so you can cut them off here.  We can no longer cut them off for you.  Either way you must take them with you when the deer is dropped off if you want them.

We will call you as soon as your order is ready.  Once you have been called you have 7 days to pick it up.  After that time you will be charged a fee because we don't have storage room.  If you live more than 3 hours away, we will give you some extra time .... but you must let us know.

Yes -- for a turnaround fee of $25 we can get your deer done in time for you to take it home.  In early October we probably won't be able to get you any sausage, but in November and December we can do it all except for Jerky.

Yes - for a $25 fee - but you must be able to pick your deer up on the requested day.  If you do not pick up your deer on the requested day, you will be charged a storage fee of $10 the first day and $2 for each day thereafter.  The reason for this charge is because we put your deer in front of everyone else and our freezer fills up. 

 If you are on Highway 57, take Exit 40 East ... as you enter Goreville you will see the Goreville Food Mart on your left (north side).  Turn north on the road between the grocery store and the church (North Ferne Clyffe).  This road dead ends into my building.

If you are on Highway 24, take Exit 7 West ... when you come to the "T" under the railroad tracks take a right (go north) into town.  Make a left at SouthernTrust Bank (which will be on your right) and a right between the church and grocery store on North Ferne Clyffe.  This road dead ends into my building.
